With 40 years of Real Estate and Business litigation experience, Scott has been primarily focused on ADA defense for over 10 years following the defense of an ADA claim related to a commercial property Scott and his family owed. Scott’s guiding principle is to think like a property owner and business owner, having personal experience in both commercial property ownership as well as past ownership interests in a number of businesses. Scott also brings his 40 years of real estate and business litigation and transactional experience as an asset in the firm’s handling of over 1,400 ADA cases.
